Yes for remote delivery of software, model and data work, provided the collaboration terms and data residency are settled up front. Our base and our on-site work are in Henan; on-site visits outside China are arranged case by case.

Private deployment is the default: model and retrieval services run in your environment and data does not leave your network. When a third-party model API is genuinely required, we state in advance which data is sent, where it goes and how long it is retained, and we sign an NDA. Your documents and business data are never used for model training or reused for other clients.

Delivery includes source code, deployment documentation and operator training. Day-to-day business work — updating the knowledge base, reading dashboards, adjusting a workflow — does not require an engineer. For code-level changes you can either use the warranty period or take ongoing development support.

It depends on the scenario and on the quality of your data. The practical approach is a small pilot measured against criteria agreed beforehand, then decide whether to scale. Anyone promising "live in a week, results immediately" is not doing engineering delivery.
